At M/s Vaaiz Enterprises, we value your satisfaction. Since we deal in liquid cleaning solutions and specialized products, we maintain a transparent refund policy to ensure a smooth experience for our customers.
1. Cancellation Policy
You can cancel your order before it has been dispatched for shipping. Once the order is handed over to our logistics partners, cancellation is not possible.

- If the order is cancelled before dispatch, a full refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
2. Returns & Replacements
Due to the nature of our products (Cleaning Liquids/Chemicals), we only accept returns or provide replacements in the following cases:
- Damaged on Arrival: If the bottle is leaking or the packaging is severely damaged.
- Wrong Product: If you received a different item than what you ordered.
- Missing Items: If part of your order is missing from the package.
Note: To claim a refund or replacement for damage, an **Unboxing Video** is strictly required as proof.
3. Refund Process
Once your return/claim is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed via Razorpay and credited to your original payment mode (Bank Account/UPI/Card).
- For COD orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer after verifying your account details.
- Refunds typically take 5 to 7 working days to reflect in your account as per banking standards.
4. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued in the following circumstances:
- If the product has been used or the seal is broken.
- Incorrect delivery address provided during checkout.
- Refusal to accept the order at the time of delivery for Prepaid orders.
